If you experience any issues with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to review the situation and, where appropriate, offer adjustments to ensure everything is functioning as expected.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not completed as agreed
  • There was a scheduling issue on our end that could not be resolved
  • A duplicate payment was made in error

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the service has been completed
